About Pillar Valley

Pillar Valley is a free, open-source one-tap game by Evan Bacon, also known from the App Store. You stand on top of a tall pillar in a soft pastel valley, and a small ball keeps circling around you. Tap when the ball is over the next pillar to hop onto it, and keep climbing from pillar to pillar.

The closer to the centre of a pillar you land, the better your score, and a perfect landing keeps a combo going. The game is calm and quick to learn, with gentle colours and music, and it plays just as well with a finger on a phone as with a mouse.

How to play

  1. Tap or click to start.
  2. Watch the ball circling around your pillar.
  3. Tap when it is over the next pillar to hop onto it.
  4. Keep going: a miss ends the run.
